At HRPharmacyUSA, we strive to provide an exceptional shopping experience. If you ever face issues with your order, our Return & Refund Policy ensures you’re taken care of.

Order Confirmation Process

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will also receive a follow-up email within 24 hours confirming that your order is being processed and will be dispatched shortly.

If there’s an issue with your payment (e.g., incomplete payment), we’ll notify you via email to resolve the matter.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order is confirmed, it will typically be dispatched the same day. We will send you an email with your tracking number, shipping details, and the estimated delivery time.

  • Shipping Method: You can choose to have your order shipped to either your home address or work address. We also offer registered airmail for enhanced security, which requires a signature upon delivery.
  • Missed Deliveries: If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery, we will notify you with instructions to pick up the package from the post office. The package will be held for up to 4 weeks before being returned.

APO & PO Box Deliveries

We offer delivery to APO addresses and PO Boxes as long as these options are available during checkout. Simply set your primary address to your APO or PO Box for a smooth delivery process.

Customs Delays

Since we’re based offshore in India, all orders are treated as imported goods. Please be aware that customs delays can sometimes occur, and these delays may range from a few days to a maximum of 3 weeks in extreme cases.

Delivery Times

  • We aim to ship your order within 24 to 48 hours after it’s placed.
  • Delivery times depend on the courier service used. In some cases, it may take up to 21 days to receive your order.
  • If you haven’t received your order within 7 days, please contact us immediately.

Reshipment of Lost Orders

If your order is lost, we will either reship or refund it upon verification. For lost orders, please contact us within 8 weeks of shipping. After this period, we are unable to accept claims for reshipment or refunds.

Conditions for Reshipment or Refund:

  • If delivery takes longer than 7 days from the expected shipping time.
  • If the provided shipping date is accurate.

Note: If the buyer enters the wrong address, the replacement policy may incur an additional charge.

Refund & Return Conditions

If you receive a damaged product or no product at all, you are eligible for a refund or reshipment based on your preference.

  • Wait Period: You must wait at least 30 days from the order date before applying for a refund.
  • Condition of Product: The product must be sealed, unused, and unopened. It should also be within its expiry date for return eligibility.
