Azicip 500
Adults and children with bacterial infections of the respiratory system, ear, nose, throat, lungs, skin, and eyes can be treated with Azicip 500 Tablet. Additionally, it works well against typhoid fever and certain STIs, such as gonorrhea.
Oral administration of Azicip 500 Tablet is recommended, ideally one to two hours prior to or following a meal. As directed by your physician, it should be taken on a regular basis at uniformly spaced intervals. Even if you feel better, continue the entire course of medication without missing any doses. If you stop taking the medication too soon, the infection can recur or get worse.
This medication’s common adverse effects include headache, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, and stomach pain. These are typically transient and go away after treatment is finished. If you are concerned about these side effects or if they last longer, speak with your doctor.
If you have previously experienced cholestatic jaundice or hepatic dysfunction as a result of using azithromycin, do not take Azicip 500 Tablet. Before using this medication, let your doctor know if you have a history of allergies or cardiac issues. Before taking this medication, women who are pregnant or nursing should speak with their doctor.
